Completing tasks is the easiest way.
Post in the forums, add pictures, update your profile, add videos, and a few others.

I got the email about wanting us to earn the Affinity Sb and I'm having a hard time finding out how to do that. I didn't see anything in the employee manual?.....Any help would be greatly appericated.

Check the employee manual. It explains almost everything you'd need to know about the game. Other random tidbits you can find in the forums.
Also, do past tasks. I'm sure someone will post a listing of which ones you can do for schrutebucks. (it's hard to imput links via phone.)

You can earn up to 100 Affinity bucks each week.
Those are earned by posting in the forum, leaving
comments on peoples profiles, uploading a photo or video,
and other ways explained in the Employee Manual-
The quickest way to earn Schrute Bucks is to do the weekly Tasks-
Many of the old tasks are still available, and you will earn
50 SBs for each one completed.
