So I've been wondering about how people chose their screen names. Here's your chance to explain yourself!

My screen name is my nickname, Adie, and because it sounds like 80, I just added a couple of 80's to the end. When you say it out loud it sounds like 808080.

Not very exciting, but there you go.

What's your name?

(adie is short for adrienne PS)

CMurrdaaa... hm this will be tough hahah.

My name is Caiti, and in sophomore year P.E. class my friends jordan, Marissa and Casey and I were talking about how there are no nicknames for our names. Caiti is a nickname for Caitlin but still, not too exciting. So we made up funny names like Caseface, Jdog and Cmurda. Well for some reason mine jsut stuck and literally all throughout high school everyone called me cmurda! I loved it so its my AIM screen name and my DMI sn

Very scientific:
I took my actual name, and removed that pesky space from the middle.

Mine has been my nickname since birth.

Some people have stolen it along the way (I've been active and buzzing about the internets for quite some time. People steal things here. GASP!) But it's me.

"Tagnut" is a very obscure British slang word I heard in a video game. The "Soup" part is just something silly my karate teacher came up with: "Tagnut soup mix". It stuck with me and I've used it for a lot of my screen names.

I started using friendsfreak as a username back when I was absolutely obsessed with the show Friends. I decided it would be easiest to remember only one username, so I've been using friendsfreak ever since.

Shayla is my first name, I was named after the nurse who delivered me.
& Banana well...

You know, fruit of the loom would NOT add a Banana to the logo, because it would be too suggestive to have a Banana sell Underwear! Posted Image

So sometimes a Banana is just too much...
and that is why I love them! They are like me!! Oh and there are so many dumb Banana Jokes, that's a plus.

I was a Banana for Halloween, which was the week before I was hired at DMI
and my husband made me the signature when I made Employee of the month as a gift.

My current rank is down below and my Rochester coworker ATCAnnie gave me the other nicknames Explorer Agitator Marketing Diva. I bring a lot to the table in Rochester

My last name is Champagne, and people have been calling me Champy since about 5th grade. In Junior High, I ran for class president, and made a screenname "champy4prez" to campaign. It has been my username for everything since.

P.S. I didn't win the election. Someone said "Let's have a shlobberknocker of a year" and everyone loved it, for some reason.

My screen name is HotPockets because I love that Jim Gaffigan bit about the Hot Pockets. I thought it was so funny that I almost named by dog Hot Pockets. But then I thought about it and since it is a girl dog I thought people might take it the wrong way and that is just sick!!

I seriously couldn't agree more! Junior High kids are just silly and don't get the mature "champy4prez" thing...losers.

And yes, I heard McCain use it too...I think it was Palin's idea though.

I've had mine since 1995, (the dark ages of the internet) when I used to go into Yahoo chat.
Believe it or not chat used to be relatively safe and you could meet some really cool people there. I am still friends IRL (in real life) with several people I met in Yahoo chat.

Anyway, my name is a combination of my real first name - Debi, my high school IVC (Illinois Valley Central), and the year I graduated 1978 (yeah I'm that old). So put them all together and you get debivc78.
