Here in Macon, our RM DizzyGirl has been fantastic! She is constantly organizing games for us and sending us both virtual and real life prizes. She helps with graphics on tasks if we don't know how to do them ans is always pappy and encouraging. She has even won two tasks (branch voting) and can't name herself EOTW. We are so grateful for all that she does that we all decided to gift her World's Best Boss mugs for her desk (those of us that had enough $$ anyway). You can check out her desk here.

The reason that I am letting you all know this is because I know that RMs like Dizzy spend a lot of time and money (real, virtual, or both) to make sure that everyone in their branch is having a good time. Yet, they get nothing out of it except a really good desk. Any virtual gifts they give come out of their earned schrutebucks. OLC does not give them money to spend of things like that. So, if you have an Rm that's awesome, why not do something for them? It doesn't have to be a gift (although I'm sure they would love one), a simple thank you for being awesome would do. I've seen it stated more than once that being an RM here is a thankless job, but we can change that. Let your RM know how much you appreciate them!

Here in Brockton we had a great RM, Spydergirl, but unfortunately RL brought about some issues for her and she could no longer keep up with her RM position or DMI at all. We had a vote and Adie8080 was named the winner. Since then she has done a great deal to revamp our branch and create a booming place to work! She has structured our committees and really give our branch a kick of activity. She participates in all the games, is competitive but fair and reminds us deadlines every week! Our recruitment thread is lively, we have TONS of games and activities to do in our own branch, we get congratulations for almost everything from promotions, for task winning and branch game winnings! She's awesome!!

Our RM is Gosabres and she does an EXTRAORDINARY job. I have only been a member of DMI for a few months, but she has been so attentive and able to answer all of my questions. She gets along well with all of her employees. She should be promoted to corporate!

Our RM is JadeCorsett. She is so amazing. She keeps our branch forum hopping and always has extra games to win desk items. She is amazing when it comes to motivation! Thanks so much for everything you do Jade!

Awww, an RM thanks thread. That's so sweet. I have to say, RMs do put a lot of time and effort into this site. Out of the 100 RMs I'd say about 30-35 put their whole heart into it. It's nice to be appreciated every now and then considering we can never win EOTW/EOTM, participate in all the cool branch competitions, and try not to be selfish and win all the tasks.

I would like to thank Clockwise, the RM of Ypsilanti. She's absolutely wonderful and I can't imagine having a different RM, ever! She always has great new ideas and games for us and she is always motivating us. She creates a great atmosphere that makes us all comfy. We're a very tight-knit group and I really owe it to her for making it so. I transferred to Ypsi after being in 2 other branches, and I only have one regret. I regret I didn't join sooner!

We had DwightFry as our RM in Long Beach and she was GREAT! She had to resign but her replacement Tullie is awesome!! She rocks our branch!!! ♥
