What is the criteria based upon for the DMI Top Employees? I know a lot of people who have more Sb than the #1 top employee... so what else is playing into the decision?

The stats were pulling in for October only which is how it's normally supposed to work in DMI 3.0. For this month only, because we didn't award an overall Employee of the Month for September, we're rolling those numbers into this month. Puckaroo, you are #1.

Starting in November, Top Employee Stats will reflect the current month. This is so that employees who join later in the season have a chance at our monthly prizes.

How do you decide that Puck is number one? Is it total SBs earned for the month?

I see the top employees for October are changing hourly, just like the DMI 1.0 EOTW's . . . :)

Good point, Tullie. If this "Top Employee of the Month" is based on Sbs earned in a month, then it will be a lot like 1.0's EOtW. After a few months, it will always go to new people who can come in and earn a ton of SBs by doing a bunch of old tasks.

Hopefully it's not based solely on SBs earned in a month.

I don't mind this. The people that put the most consistent effort in for the entire month get something. Though, I can see the dilemma with just going back and doing old tasks to achieve it.

I so like this idea. The monthly recognition spreads the rewards around and allows for people who join after the start date to have ooprtunities to earn rewards, and not be immediately behind.

I never look at the home page. Honestly, I didn't even know that stuff was up there. I wonder if I've ever been on the home page and not known it? Probably not, but if anyone ever sees my name up there, let me know. That'd be awesome. Anyone know when the Stats link at the top of the page will start working?

Probably when they announce the winner(s) of the Gossip task and distribute the $25 sb for those who contributed to the best gossip thread. :) :)
