ok I have done math here and we need to move people out of Rochester!! Rochester has the most employees with 174. The second branch with most employees Clearwater with 51. Did u know there are 36 branchs with 5 employees or less and to me that seems unfair. We need to spread out the number of employees to every branch.

People go where the success is. That's their choice. Some people like the bigger branches. In Flint, we only have 6 right now, but we prefer the smaller, laid back type of branch. All about preference when you think about it.

It actually can hurt to have a bigger branch. I believe the end of the year awards go to branches with the highest average SBs, which means smaller active branches can do better than larger branches with less active employees. I'm going back to Canton, for the third year. Not because they're one of the bigger branches, but because of the fun we have in branch.

It's all a personal choice.

Why is it unfair? I would much rather be able to choose my branch than be assigned to one just to even out numbers. If you are in a small branch and wish you had more people, why not leave and join a larger branch?

When you can triple the 2nd place branch and still not get the 1st place branch thats a stretch. I wouldn't want to be in shaky's shoes managing that large of a branch. I doubt you'll see something targeting Clearwater next, the branch count after Rochester is much closer as you move down the list. Maybe all the clones for the rest of the company are in Rochester.

more likely that the people in the Roc are ones who have been there since 1.0 and were highly motivated to get back into their branch, and thus earned their 2000 SBs as quickly as they could by earning their affinities and doing their all their tasks. I would say the majority, if not all, the current Clearwaterites are past employees of CW and we worked hard and fast (TWSS) to get back to lack's dawesomeness. Other branches will catch up as the season progresses and some "oldies" will join their former branches and others will look for new challenges at new branches. The Roc has always had a large number of employees.

I think it's a matter of personal preference which branch you join.

Would you make the employees of the smaller branches leave and join one of the bigger branches if they didn't want to? I don't think so.

Why would you force someone from Rochester to leave to join a small branch just because they prefer a large location to a smaller one?

I don't think evening out the sizes of the branches is a good enough reason to force someone out of a branch.

If they were smelly, theeeen maybe ......

People choose where they want to be. That is the way the site is set up. It isn't a random assignment. And Allentown would like the next thread after Clearwater is done with it.

1) Grammer... "People" is not a verb, nor if it was would it make sense in the sentence. You also forgot either "get" or "move" in the topic.
2) There aren't enough REAL people to move out of rochester (yea i'm bringing it back up, it's obvious, but would rather not debate it. i've accepted it).
3) As said, people choose where they want to go.
4) make clones to be active in those other branches to help them out.
5) We need to move people out of everywhere into Easton
