Complaints who to contact

I know I had seen this as a topic before and I cant find it, so I have to start another one. If I were to make a complaint to corporate about an RM that became RM yet has not been on DMI for about 2 weeks, and now if they are not back tomorrow by 9am to turn in the branch task I lose out on that as well. I read in the manual that corporate will look into the RM if there are any complaints, but who do I send the complaint to? Any help would be appreciated!

Good news, you probably aren't going to turn in the branch task since you are complaining this late.
Better news, e-mail hr@dundermifflininfinity.com regarding your RM.
The likelihood of a hasty response is slim to none.
Good luck.
I suggest transferring to another branch.

I would take BBB's advice and transfer out ASAP. There are plenty of small branches that would love to add someone that is active. It looks like you are the only one on High Point that has done anything this week.
I don't know that if you transfer now, if you will be included in the new branch winnings or not. But where you are now, it looks like a $0 Schrutebuck guarantee.
Good luck!

AimM, you should try to PM an RM that you know will be able to accept your transfer into their branch straight away. Look which RMs are online when you get on and ask them if it's okay. I don't know how they'll feel about your transferring and then possibly leaving, but if you want your SBs it's worth a shot. You need to do this relatively quick though.

Sorry, didn't mean to leave you guys out. And on that note there are some medium sized branches that would like someone who is active too.

Okay, let's not recruit. Good luck, AimM with your decisions.

AimM - if your RM is not coming back maybe you and the rest of your branch can nominate replacements and start a poll to elect a new RM. Then email HR@dundermifflininfinity.com with the result.
