Starting A New Branch

Just moved to Raleigh, NC and I see there are no local branches. How does one go about opening up a new branch?

We at Corporate have taken great care in choosing where we want to expand our business. As some of you have already noted, the DMI branches reflect the same small-city ideals that our physical branches - like Scranton or Utica - do. We do not plan to open any new branches at this time.
