How are EOTW and EOTM chosen? If it's the regional manager who chooses, then what do you do if your branch lacks a regional manager?

There is nothing that can be done if your branch does not have a Regional Manager.

Well, ARMs can also pick EOTW, but that's it. Instate a regional manager, and then EOTW's will be handed out. OR, transfer to another branch that you know is active and has an RM.
