I got me some barbequed beef brisket, cooked for about 12 hours and tender enough to eat without teeth, iff'n yourn are removable.

Thanks LookinBizzy for showing me what brisket is, I speak to someone in the Long Beach branch and he is always "grillin" brisket, and when he said it was the cows breast I just went - yuck - but that doesn't look too bad actually.

Hmm, I wonder what the first bob of the day will bring me
