I've commented several friends, but still only have 5 Sbs. I'm not earning any more than that. I'm also not earning for posts, so I guess we should visit payroll and file a complaint.

I am excited about the branch chat room, it will be so much easier to chat with everyone.

Unfortunately, they did not define "recent." Is it the 4 most recent tasks? 5? 10? We know it can't be the 3 most recent because if you skipped a week, you would automatically go inactive.



This must mean that the 25 SBs every employee of a branch gets if the branch wins a global vote is now being awarded as Affinity SBs. It was previously awarded as Task SBs.

I'm up to 20 sbs!

That is odd to stick those extra 25 Sbs as affinity.

Is the task available yet? With Kona's link, I was able to read the rules/directions, but still get the BIG BLUE BOX when clicking on the link to start the task.

I started a new thread just for discussing the employee manual.

Other bugs noted:
You only earn $bs by posting comments right now (not posting in the forum).
You cannot click on profile pictures/names to get to your friends, you have to change the name in the url.
If your new $bs aren't showing up, refresh your profile (NBC loves their cookies).
I cannot edit My Favorite Coworkers. Can't get rid of the clones yet.

I can get to co-workers by clicking on their pic under "Favorite Co-workers." I cannot earn Sbs no matter what I do, including refresh and clear history. Everything is very shaky (not shakymon); stuff is jerky when I move the mouse.

site cookies are in full force. if there is more than one person in your home who is an employee here in DMI - you have to clear cookies before visiting profiles and posting. pain!

Task is up and rolling. It took me two times to get it to stick and collect 50 shrute bucks , but it is working.

finally got in. I read the entire employee profile. I dont like the new employee desks. I miss my old one ANd my desk picture is all blurry. ANbody elses????

yup, i think everyones is blurry. thats just for viewing, luckily. the editing page is nice and sharp

and it seems that if you had the old DMI bookmarked you must change that to gte into the new one. So do not try going to your bookmarked page. it will just bring you to the big blue page. You must change it to my.dundermifflin......... and then re-bookmark it. I was getting very frustrated by this.

Yay, 3.0 is here! I tried to stay awake as long as I could last night to view it when it first became live, but I was too tired. Nice thing to wake up to, though!

I'll have to come back when I have more time to check out everything, but so far, I'm not crazy about the new profile pages. And my desk is blurry too.

Ok what am I missing? I have tried typing DMI into my address bar every which way possible and it keeps giving me the "Coming Soon" page.
I even tried going thru NBC.com.

The Task page must be random since I can get to the page but it is totally blank under the word TASK (there is a watermark-type desk lamp on the right side of the page). Did you get a drop-down list to choose from?

I got the task to work but it takes using your address bar to work. It is a pain but it can be done.

i can get into my profile and click tasks and when I click the task it says coming soon still. BAHHH!!!!

It also keeps signing me out and taking me back to website suggestions. someone please help!! Now I am sad.

Yeah, I can get to the task and click on the different rumors, but nothing happens after that. Luckily, this is not a task that will require a lot of work, so we can wait out some of the bugs with this tasks (I almost said 'we can wait out the bugs of 3.0 starting,' but I think we all know THAT is not gonna happen ).

For those users experiencing issues, there have been problems overnight with Akamai (our caching servers) so that not everyone across the country is seeing the new site and/or all the pages on the new site. We are working with them diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

This is another reason we are holding off sending our DMI 3.0 welcome memo. We want to make sure all pages are up and running for everyone before the official announcement.

My SB's are not registering either!

I'm sure it is very difficult to manage this site, especially when stuff is out of your control (like Akami, in this case).

So, I like the new rules so far. I'm waiting for the site to glitch a little less, and I am excited to see the interpretation of the rules.

I was most excited to see all of the cool new desk items, as well as find out what that Export button did (hoping it was for regifting). Well, I can continue my patience.

Something caught my eye on the desk on the main page though:


It just didn't add up for me. Why would someone who has a Defibrillator AND CPR Dummy, White Princess Unicorn Doll, and Employee of the Month Certificate have a Temp desk? Could this desk be Not-a-Real-Employee's desk?

Doesn't that Monitor look a little nicer than ours? Doesn't it have a differently colored screensaver than we had to choose from?

I've never seen a yellow and black Wall Item. Could that be the once-rumored Golden Ticket item?

Finally, my Spendable Affinity Schrutebucks are showing up in the Store as 0 even though I have earned some besides the initial unspendable Sbs $1,000.

Anyone know why they decided to add the "my." to the beginning of the address? Or why they didn't tell us they were doing that? If you go to the normal site the Coming Soon splash page is still there, so it is really confusing for people who haven't really been around lately. Will they be merging the links so you can type either one?

My old bookmark without the my works just fine. I don't think it's a concrete change they've made, I just think there are multiple ways to get there and since, as they mentioned, some things on their end are making it so that not everyone is seeing the updated site yet, people are finding that certain links work for them while others don't.

Are we getting our favorites back on our profile at some point (characters, eps, quotes) or is that gone for good?

And will we eventually be able to edit our favorite co-workers again?

Here is my interpretation from a post I saw somewhere...
There was an issue with some of the servers so some people are able to access it with www. (which will be the way to access it once the server issue is resolved), others have to use the my. until everything syncs up.

EDIT: I guess the server I hit is now synced...I can now use www. whereas I couldn't this morning.

I'm still not getting bucks for my posts, but I AM getting them for comments.
